We quote every event as a project – tailored to duration, schedule and your requirements. The prices give you a first idea of what a booking costs at minimum.
Events
Project-based
Corporate events, conferences, client events and private celebrations – after a short briefing, you receive a binding project quote.
All prices excl. VAT and travel. The final price depends on duration, number of photographers and image volume. Use for event communication is included – advertising and campaigns are licensed separately.
What's included?
- Briefing on schedule, key people and image usage
- One photographer on site for the agreed time
- Private online gallery for image selection
- Professional editing of all delivered images
- Usage rights for communication about the event: website, organic social media, internal communications and press coverage
Not included: use in advertising, paid ads, campaigns, posters, print advertising or product packaging. These extended licences are booked and quoted separately.
Additional photographers, video / aftermovie and multi-day events are available on request.
